How many have tried B-50 Vitamin B Complex or B-100? Did it help with OCD/mood/depression?

January 13th, 2009 by admin

Just wondering if B complex vitamins have much of an affect on OCD/depression or even PMS symptoms.

Yes I tried them and I can't see any change, honestly. For deficiencies vitamins are fine–I take them myself. But they don't do much of anything to such complex issues like OCD/mood/depression. Try Lyrica. It is great for all the above. I swear by it. Talk to your doctor.

What kind of "weird" thoughts do you have with ocd and depression?

January 9th, 2009 by admin

give examples, cuz i want to get an idea

you can have suicidle thoughts ( Obviously ) thoughts of bad things that may happen to you / or friends and family. Thoughts that you are going crazy. Fearing things that aren't there or are never going to happen. Thoughts that there is no way you can feel better, that you are going to get worse.
Hope this helps

Can OCD or depression completely heal up, if yes How. Do you know any specialist?

January 7th, 2009 by admin

Depression is just a state of the mind. People get so caught up in their own heads that they forget what is real anymore. They lack something to hope for, something to keep them from becoming completely brain dead. For Depression to heal, one must just get up one day, and say "You know what, today is a new day"

How can I get treated for OCD and Depression if I'm unemployed and have no health insurance for therapy?

January 5th, 2009 by admin

Please look into a free clinic, or a medical school clinic where the treatment is free or low cost. You may need medication, and these clinics would be able to provide you the care and medication you need at free, or greatly reduced prices.

About.com has a complete listing of medical schools, just put your state and "medical school" into their search box. Call the school and ask about "student" or "community" clinics.

Don't give up on finding a treatment you can afford!
