i think im suffering frm depression….here r my symptons
1.cant sleep at night
2.cant stop thinking (i think a ALOT)
3.sucidal feelings everyday
4.wishing everday dat i waz dead
5.loss of apetitte(cant spell 2 save my own life)
6.i hate duin the things i used 2 love i.e swimming
7.i feel hopeless in every single friggin thing!!!
I HATE MYSELF!!=(
oh and btw im a teen….is dis common in teens?? and i bite my nails a lot 2…..it freaks me out!!

I would say you have some Depression if not Bipolar issues going on. If you live in the States there are all type of centers to help people with mental issues. If you are currently suicidal, go to a hospital-worry about the bill later. If you don't have a plan but just feel sad all the time, on Monday call the Mental Health Agency in your area and ask for a clinic that will take you on a sliding scale if you don't have insurance. There is lots of help out there you just have to look. Good Luck
